Job Description
Large blue chip company are currently updating their computer systems and introducing Outlook (previously used Lotus Notes) and to assist in the roll out they require approximately 10 ‘floor walkers’ to help users if they encounter any difficulty in using their new Outlook email. Skills required:

1. Ability to work from scripts (which will be provided) to resolve known problems arising on migration with sufficient PC and Outlook/Communicator knowledge to assist users at all levels to get up and running with the new systems;
The period required would be from mid-March to end June approximately;

Candidates would need to be geographically mobile to visit multiple sites around the company offices in the UK;
