The company has expanded and changed a lot over the past 3 years and has taken on a large amount of new equipment. Marwood Group requires a placement graduate to produce quality procedures for all of the equipment. A large amount of information already exists on procedures and this needs to be compiled together in a clear and easy to understand format. Once the producers are ready the placement graduate will train up staff in its use.
The amount of equipment is continuously growing so depending upon the success of the placement there is potential for this to become a permanent post.
A placement graduate is required that will possess:
• A Health and Safety background (essential)
• A NEBOSH general certificate (desirable)
• The ability to compile existing information into clear quality procedures (essential)
• The ability to train staff on use of equipment (essential)
• An understanding of mechanical engineering (desirable)
The placement will start as soon as possible and will run for 12 weeks full time. |
